Boschetto di Pile c/o Tecnopolo 67100, acting as Data Controller (the “Controller” or “Accyourate”), in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended, wishes to provide you with information regarding the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data collected by Accyourate and/or provided by you through the website www.accyourate.com (the “Website”), as well as the measures adopted to ensure the security of such data.

This notice refers exclusively to the Website and does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or platforms (including social media) that may be accessible through it. You are therefore invited to carefully review the privacy policies of such third parties before accessing their services, in order to understand how your personal data will be processed.

The personal data identified above will be processed by Accyourate for the following purposes:

• Responding to requests submitted via the contact section
  (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures);
• Monitoring the proper functioning of the Website
  (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller).

3. Data Recipients and Processing Methods 

Your personal data may be processed by employees, collaborators, and service providers of Accyourate, acting as authorized personnel and/or data processors, duly appointed and instructed in accordance with Articles 29 and 28 of the GDPR;

Processing is carried out using both electronic and manual means. Personal data are stored in the Controller’s databases within the European Economic Area (EEA) and are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Data Retention Period 

Your personal data will be processed only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, within the limits set by applicable law.

With specific reference to the contact form, personal data will be retained solely for the purpose of responding and/or providing assistance.

Please note that your personal data will be deleted 6 months after the submission of your request via the Website form.
